The City of Macedonia Parks and Recreation Department will open up pavilion rental requests on January 23 for all Macedonia residents. Non-resident requests will open January 30.
Annual Recreation Center Members receive a 20% discount on pavilion rentals. Must reserve in person for discount to be applied.

Rental Policy

Macedonia Parks & Recreation Department (MPRD) reserves the right to enforce any policies whether written or unwritten to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all users.
- Pavilions have two possible rental times. 9am-2pm and 3pm-8pm. (Anything outside these hours requires a special request additional charges may apply).
- Pavilion requests are handled on a first come first served basis.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
- All trash shall be cleaned up and placed in the garbage receptacles/dumpster by the renter.
- Renter must submit cancelations request at least 21 days prior to rental date or rental fee will not be refunded.
- Permits are non-transferable.
- Driving or parking on the grass is prohibited.
- Pavilions are open rain or shine and therefore refunds are not given for rainouts.
- Reservation stands for only the time stated on the permit issued by MPRD.
- Report any vandalism to authorities. If problems occur, contact the Macedonia Police Department 330-468-1234.
- Special approval from MPRD staff is required for extended hours (fees apply), bounce houses, food trucks, and vendors.
- Rentals must be made at least 14 days in advance, any request made within those restrictions may be denied due to area and staff availability.
- Credit/refund requests made 21 days or more in advance will be honored, no credits/refunds for cancelations made within 20 days or less of rental date.
