Little Medical School
Wednesday, March 1 – April 12 (exclude March 29)
Little Medical School brings medicine, science, and the importance of health to children in an entertaining, exciting, and fun way. Children (ages 5-10) will have fun as they dress up like doctors, learn how to use instruments doctors use, and understand how the body works! Through hands-on demonstrations, crafts, and games, kids learn how the body and organs work, how to use instruments that real doctors use, and even tie knots like a real surgeon. Students receive a lab coat and stethoscope. Registration deadline is Feb. 22. Little Veterinarian School
Wednesday, April 19 – May 24
Encourages elementary school children (ages 5-10) to role play and explore the exciting world of veterinarians. Using interactive demonstrations, crafts and games, kids learn how to take care of a pet and use instruments that real veterinarians use. Little Veterinarian School brings medicine, science and the importance of health to
children in an entertaining and engaging way. Children adopt and take home a stuffed LVS school dog with water bowl and Frisbee. Registration deadline is April 12.
